FAQ — Raw Sugar Art Studio

Question 1

What sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Our posters are available in multiple sizes ranging from small prints to large gallery-quality pieces. Prices range from $20 to $210 depending on size and edition.

Question 2

Are these original posters or reproductions?

Accepted Answer

Raw Sugar Art Studio creates original artwork for each concert poster. We offer high-quality giclée prints of our original designs. These are not vintage originals — they are newly created art prints inspired by the concert era and artist.

Question 3

Can I order a custom poster?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We love custom orders. If you attended a concert and want a poster created for it, reach out through our Contact page. Custom orders are priced based on complexity and turnaround time.

Question 4

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping takes 10–21 business days depending on destination.

Question 5

How are the posters packaged?

Accepted Answer

All posters are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to prevent damage during transit. Larger prints may be shipped flat between protective boards.

Question 6

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Question 7

What printing process do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use archival-quality giclée printing on heavyweight fine art paper. This process produces vibrant, long-lasting colors that resist fading for decades when properly displayed.

Question 8

Do you offer signed editions?

Accepted Answer

Select posters are available as signed limited editions. These are noted in the product listing and are numbered. Signed editions are priced higher and quantities are limited.
